MAViT - Multiple Alignment Visualization Tool. MAViT uses a sliding window of 100
to produce a % simularity, which is then displayed in varying brightnesses of color. Currently
any percentage at or below 50% is shown as black. 51% is a very dark red, and 100% is bright red.
MAViT only supports nucleotide and amino acid alignments in MSF format.

If your image has a large amount of empty space at the left or right, you can trim the sequences.
The header information is required, but anything else can be trimmed.
